oxygen. Recombining hydrogen and oxygen generates electric power.

Instead of recombining hydrogen and oxygen to create electricity,
why not recombine them in the engine's combustion chamber. The
energy spark generated by this process helps burn gasoline more
efficiently, thus, resulting in cleaner emissions.
