Plug-in hybrid upgrade startup seeking investor to expand
business.
I am working to fund a startup involved in converting current
Toyota Prius hybrids to plug-in with the capability of 100+ mpg
and all electric mode for 30 miles. Company started 18 months ago
and currently has a dealer network throughout the U.S. to install
the upgrades. The company is developing for other hybrids as
well. Currently company has more orders than can fulfill. Company
is seeking $3M to fund expansion and capture the market. Owner is
willing to offer generous equity stake in the company in return.
